If your tractor-side connector matches the photo, this is the correct adapter. On 2010-and-newer John Deere tractors, connect the separate ground wire bundled with the antenna lead—usually ending in a ring terminal—to the adapter’s **black wire**. This helps reduce radio noise. The adapter wires are color-coded.

Installing Your Own Radio?
If you already have a radio for your John Deere machine, choose a matching connector to wire to the radio’s pigtail. Browse the John Deere connectors we currently offer, and compare the connector with the one in your machine before ordering. A connector is wired to your radio; it does not provide a complete Plug & Play harness.

Some newer John Deere machines also use an antenna plug that may not fit an aftermarket radio. Check your antenna connection and choose a John Deere antenna adapter if needed. If you’re unsure which parts fit, contact us with your machine’s model and year and a clear photo of the connectors.
